Pearl is in her third year of studies at the University of Auckland undertaking a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Music conjoint degree in Psychology and Musicology.
She has been playing violin since age five and enjoys participating in a variety of musical groups such as the Auckland Youth Orchestra and multi-genre bands based around Auckland. Pearl played in the NZSO National Youth Orchestra in 2014, an experience which motivated her to join the Auckland Youth Orchestra the following year.
In her spare time, Pearl enjoys watching cat videos, playing board games and binge watching a variety of television shows.
