Kauri started learning the violin at the age of three, and attained her ATCL Diploma in Violin with distinction in 2015.
Her greatest achievement is getting the top Grade 8 exam mark in NZ in 2014. Her greatest regret is making a bet that she can go five years without eating Maccas – she has 4.7 years left…
Outside of AYO, you can find Kauri on campus studying very intensely towards her Biomedical Engineering degree, boogeying on the d-floor at your next Auckland City Scoundrels gig, petting non-yappy dogs, or eating carbs.
