Originally from Gisborne, Anna holds a Bachelor of Music (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland where she studied with Luca Manghi, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics/International Relations.
She has previously played with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, NZSO National Youth Orchestra, World Peace Orchestra in New York, Auckland Symphony Orchestra and New Zealand Youth Symphonic Winds.
In 2016, Anna won the University of Auckland Graduation Gala Concerto Competition, performing the Reinecke Concerto with the University Orchestra. She was also a finalist in the AYO Concerto Competition, and won the Woodwind Prize at the Gisborne International Music Competition.
Anna is a 2017 Fellow with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.
